Group F has been dubbed the ‘group of death’ this can be affirmed in the quality and depth of teams like Portugal, Germany and France; Hungary being the underdogs in the group face a difficult task if they are to make it to the round of 16 in the tournament.
Holders Portugal who somehow managed to win the previous tournament are not short of confidence,quality and will look forward to starting strong as they take on Hungary in the first fixture of the group. Portugal talisman Cristiano Ronaldo who could be on the move this summer stated clearly during a press conference that he is fully focused on the Euros with the national team, Portugal will look forward to start their campaign with a win over Hungary today by 5pm.
The Hungary Euro 2020 squad was one of the first to be revealed for this summer’s tournament.Manager Marco Rosssi has named 30 players in his provisional squad, which he trimmed down to 26 ahead of UEFA’s squad deadline on June 1.Faced with one of the toughest tasks at the tournament, their group includes Portugal, France and Germany, who they will need to overcome for the chance to reach the knockout stages.
