Spanish Giants Barcelona have been on a shaky form in their recent run of games with just one win in four games. Ronald Koeman’s men added to that miserable run of form as they drew at home to newcomers Cadiz, Barcelona are currently 8points behind league leaders Atletico Madrid and are on the brink of being knocked out of the Champions League again after a home loss to PSG.
Star man and Captain Leo Messi whos future has been in doubt over the summer, still hasn’t decided if he wants to stay with the Spanish Giants, Messi who has spent over 16 years at the club, has publicly criticised how the club has been run under former president Bartomeu and hasn’t agreed to renew his contract which runs out this summer.
With clubs like PSG and Manchester City reportedly interested in signing the Argentine, Barcelona will need to get back to winning ways to get their star man firing again, Lionel Messi who is currently top-joint scorer with former team-mate Luis Suarez with 16 goals, has been quite impressive for Barcelona this season, but the Spanish giants might find it difficult to convince him to stay beyond this summer if they fail to brush off their recent form.
